Port of Echuca Discovery Centre
This place is awesome. The discovery centre takes you on a journey back in time through the history of the Port of Echuca, the Paddle Steamer trade and even the history of the development of the railways and the effect it had on the area. There are some wonderful preserved artefacts within the discovery centre and throughout the port including original letters carried on the boats, a working stationary steam display, a railway exhibit within the port and even a kids activity centre.
This would be a wonderful place to check out in the morning before the wedding. They even operate paddle steamers from within the wharf (including the one we’ll be on).
Entry is Free.

National Holden Motor Museum
If you like cars there’s no denying that the National Holden Motor Museum is well worth the trip. With some very rare examples of some unique Holdens, including mockups and testing equipment that Holden have used throughout the years. They have a very impressive gift and collectors shop and even some sneaky stuff for those people who like the blue stuff instead.

The Great Aussie Beer Shed
We haven’t personally been to this one yet but this looks awesome. It’s listed as basically, a massive collection of Aussie Beer memorabilia. This is one we absolutely want to check out sometime and looks like it could be a good way to kill an hour or three checking out all the stuff.
